Pamela Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Sentari, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, risk management, and operational leadership experience to organizations navigating complex regulatory environments.
Throughout her career, Pamela has led compliance programs across multiple healthcare settings, partnering with executive teams, boards, and operational leaders to build practical, effective compliance frameworks that support both regulatory excellence and organizational growth. Her expertise spans compliance program development, auditing and monitoring, risk assessments, investigations, policy governance, regulatory readiness, and culture-building initiatives.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business solutions, Pamela is passionate about helping organizations create sustainable compliance programs that protect patients, strengthen operations, and drive accountability at every level.
Pamela holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHCP). As a healthcare executive and trusted advisor, she founded Sentari with a vision of providing strategic compliance solutions that are both practical and people-centered.
